Placing an order is basically a 3-step process, designed to be as easy as possible.

Please have confidence when ordering On-line, since it is a secure way to purchase our product. All personal and credit card data is kept confidential by Patagonia Ballistics®.

On the other hand, the easiest and quickest way for placing your order is by using a credit card and filling in our on-line order form.

When buying this program, what do you receive in return ?

1. Essentially you are purchasing the rights-of-use, for both editions Desktop & Mobile, as entitled in the LoadBase2.0© license (please see below)  plus some other benefits.
   
   
2. These benefits include a 3-month free support period on both installation and use of the program features, via email. We choose to use email in order to maintain a structured and customer's support database which allows us to give the kind of service our customers deserve.
   
   
3. Additionally, you will receive free updates and free upgrades ( please check the FAQ section ) for a one-year period.

We do value your business and will take our best efforts to service you. Commitment to that is critical to us.

1. Price is U$S 148.50 (includes licenses for both editions, since they are not sold separately) which is for sure a value difficult to beat, feature by feature anywhere else.

1. Download the setup files for each edition (Desktop & Mobile)
   
   
2. If your browser (due to its settings) raises a pop-up blocking the download, please unblock it and the download will start in a few seconds.
   
   
3. Please remember that both downloads contains the fully functional version of the programs, including the complete Library’s database and its online User’s Manual.
   
   
4. Now, both editions (Desktop & Mobile) needs to be activated with a License File (please see the FAQ section) which must be purchased online here by using a major credit card.
   
   
5. We currently use PayPal© for secure processing of all electronic payments.
   
   
6. You don’t even need a PayPal© account to pay. A PayPal©  account is entirely optional

Once the setup files were installed and executed in the target devices, and since the programs detects that it needs to be licensed, you will be guided through a Registration Wizard to generate and send us the necessary information to create (and send back via email) to you the final License File.

Once we receive notification from PayPal© that funds have been acknowledged, and the User Key received, your order will be processed and you will get your final and perpetual License File ( with an installer ) via email within five days.

Since Patagonia Ballistics® is not based in the USA we are not charging US sales taxes, however, it’s suggested that you verify your state regulations. In the end, customers are responsible for submitting the appropriate tax to local agencies.

Registration Information: This is the information that you provide to us for product registration ( User Key ).

Credit Card Information: We use PayPal services as an e-commerce solution, and back-end facilitator to process your credit card information. Your credit card information does not pass through the Patagonia Ballistics® site.

The software is licensed on a per copy per device basis, thus requiring a license for each device that executes the code. However, a single license can be reassigned from one device to another device provided the reassignment is made either (a) permanently away from the one device or (b) temporarily to accommodate the use of the license by a loaned device, while a permanent device is out of service.

Before you use the software under a license, you must assign that license to one device (physical hardware system). That device is the "licensed device." A hardware partition or blade is considered to be a separate device.

You have the non-exclusive right to use any enclosed program only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. You may not loan, rent, lease or license this software or any copy. You may physically transfer the program from one device to another, if and only if, the licensed device ceases to operate normally, provided that the program is used only by the licensee who purchase the right, on a single computer at a time. In group projects where multiple persons will use the program, you must purchase an individual license for each member of the group.

Use over a "local area network" (within the same locale) is permitted provided that the program is used only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. Use over a "wide area network" (outside the same locale) is strictly prohibited under any and all circumstances. Violations will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program, the documentation and copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement.

You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and of the documentation, or return them to Patagonia Ballistics® for disposal. Other rights and restrictions: All other rights and restrictions not specifically granted in this license are reserved by Patagonia Ballistics®.

You may make one copy of the program solely for "back-up" purposes, as prescribed by Canadian, United States, and international copyright laws. You must reproduce and include the copyright notice on the back-up copy.

You may transfer the product to another party only if the other party agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement, and completes and returns registration information (name, address, etc.) to Patagonia Ballistics® within 30 days of the transfer.

If you transfer the program you must at the same time transfer the documentation and back-up copy, or transfer the documentation and destroy the back-up copy. You may not retain any portion of the program, in any format, under any circumstance.
